01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and super11 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the super11 website located at super11.pro and all associated services, games, and features.

By accessing the super11 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the super11 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the super11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and super11.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the super11 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Super11 is strictly an 18+ platform and does not permit access to or participation by minors under any circumstances.
• You are registering and playing as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party, business, or corporation.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with super11 or any other platform through which super11 processes self-exclusion requests.
• You have not previously had a super11 account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing super11 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you take personal responsibility for verifying the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of super11, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Super11 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If a player is found to be ineligible at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, super11 may close the account, void any bets or wins, and return any remaining real-money balance (after deducting bonuses and promotional credits).

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the super11 platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one super11 account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited. Super11 uses technical and manual methods to detect and close duplicate accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a working Pakistani mobile number.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Super11 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You must notify super11 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account currency: All super11 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This cannot be changed after registration.
• Account transferability: Your super11 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

Super11 reserves the right to refuse any account registration without providing a reason, in its sole discretion.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

Super11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices and platform integrity standards. The following KYC rules apply to all players:

• KYC verification is required before a player's first PKR withdrawal from their super11 account. Super11 may also require KYC verification at other stages, including after a certain deposit or betting threshold is reached.
• Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid Pakistani or international passport. The document must be clearly legible, unexpired, and submitted as a photograph or scan.
• Super11 may also request proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and address) and proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet).
• Super11 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 2 hours of receiving a complete documentation set. More complex verification cases may take up to 72 hours.
• If KYC verification is not completed within a reasonable time after being requested, super11 may suspend the account and withhold withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the super11 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount at super11 is 1,000 PKR. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to the payment method provider's own limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Raast/IBFT, and USDT cryptocurrency. Super11 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact super11 support with the transaction reference number.
• Super11 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which super11 is not responsible.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount at super11 is 5,000 PKR.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. This is an anti-money laundering measure.
• Super11 charges zero (PKR 0) withdrawal fees on all payment methods.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers within 1–4 hours; USDT within 15–60 minutes. Jackpot withdrawals above certain thresholds may take up to 48 hours.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Real money and bonus balances are maintained separately in your super11 account.

Super11 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC, investigation of suspicious activity, or resolution of any dispute regarding the account.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Super11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. The following general bonus terms apply to all offers unless an individual promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the promotional period stated, and bonus funds or free spins winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit stated per promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute less. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Super11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn or amended after a player has already claimed it, the player retains the original bonus terms at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring offer (e.g., weekly reload).
• Evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinated play designed to exploit bonus mechanics, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

07 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gameplay on the super11 platform across all game categories including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, and Cockfighting:

• All games on super11 are provided by certified third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others). The rules of each individual game are governed by the provider's certified game logic.
• Super11 does not alter, adjust, or influence the outcome of any certified game. All RNG-based games use independently tested Random Number Generators. The results of all games on super11 are final.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a bet, super11 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the bet stake to the player's account. Super11 is not responsible for losses incurred due to the player's own internet connection issues.
• Sports betting markets and Cockfighting bout outcomes are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body or verified live stream operator. Super11 reserves the right to void bets on markets where the result cannot be verified.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes per game are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change. Super11 may impose individual player bet limits at its discretion, including for responsible gaming reasons.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the super11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit live dealer tables, or systematically exploit bonus offers.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen payment credentials, or initiating chargeback requests in bad faith after participating in gameplay.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction through the super11 platform for purposes other than genuine gaming activity.
• Exploiting any software bug, system error, or pricing mistake on the super11 platform. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to super11 support immediately.
• Creating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent a self-exclusion.

Super11 reserves the right to investigate any account it suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct. During any investigation, the affected account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld. Super11's determination in such matters is final.

09 Responsible Gaming

Super11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their super11 account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit period resets or the limit is adjusted with the applicable waiting period applied.
• Session Timers: Players may set a session timer that displays an alert when the specified playing time has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During this period, the player may not log in or place bets on super11.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from super11 permanently may do so via account settings or by contacting super11 support. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, super11 will not send any promotional communications to the excluded player.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Super11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at super11.pro/privacy-policy. By creating an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by super11 includes but is not limited to: name, date of birth, CNIC/passport number, email address, mobile number, IP address, device information, and transaction records. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving platform services.

Super11 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processing partners (including Easypaisa and JazzCash), game providers, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law. All data sharing is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, super11 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any loss resulting from a game malfunction, server outage, network failure, or third-party system error beyond the reasonable control of super11;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information, advice, or content published on the super11 platform that turns out to be incorrect or outdated.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. Super11's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12 Amendments to Terms

Super11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, super11 will provide notice to registered players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform for a period of at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the super11 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at super11.pro/terms-and-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the super11 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which super11 is registered and operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and super11, you should first contact super11 support via Live Chat or at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. Super11 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve them within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service. Details of the applicable dispute resolution service are available from super11 support on request.

The English version of these Terms shall be the definitive version for the purposes of any legal proceedings or dispute resolution process.
